You pay 50% to start and 50% once your site is live. No GST is charged, as I’m not registered for GST. Care is billed monthly on top of the build. Every cost is in your written quote before you commit.

Breakwater Web Co is just me, based in Warrnambool. No agency. The person you talk to is the person who builds your site.
I know the trades world first-hand. Good operators are flat out, and the website is the job that never gets done. So I do it for you, properly.

Questions
Yes. Once it’s paid for, your website, its files and your domain are yours. If you move on, you take everything with you. Template sites use my layout, which I can reuse for other businesses, but your words, photos and branding are yours alone.
Yes. I can rebuild an old site, take over a neglected one, or build your first proper site alongside your Facebook page.
Your services, areas and contact details, your licence details if your trade needs them, and some photos of your work. Phone photos are fine.
Template and Starter sites are quick once I have your details and photos. We’ll agree your delivery date before any work starts.
Yes. The website and its files are yours. You or another developer can update and change them any time. There’s no editor built in, which keeps it fast and secure.
No one can honestly guarantee rankings. I make sure your site is fast and clear, with correct local details and a link to your Google Business Profile.
Care plans are month to month. Cancel any time with 14 days’ notice, with no exit fee. If you move on, I’ll hand over your website files and help you move.
